Most billing questions are self-serve — you may not need us at all.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe portal. Cancel there in one click. No email, no retention call, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- How do I update my card or get an invoice?
- Same place — Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Stripe hosts it, so your card details never touch our servers. Every past invoice is downloadable there.
- My payment failed and I've lost access. What now?
- Go to Settings → Billing and use “Update payment method”. That fixes the card on your existing subscription and restores access. Don't subscribe again — that would open a second subscription and bill you twice.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes, in the Stripe portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you're never charged twice for the same period. Annual works out to about $100/month.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- On day 14 the card on file is charged and the subscription starts. Cancel any time before then in Settings → Billing and you are not charged at all.
- Do you delete my data if I leave?
- Yes. Settings → Delete account removes your account and company profile and cancels billing. Your science data is never sold, shared, or used to advise another company while you're here either.
- Something looks wrong in a grant record.
- Tell us which grant and what looks off. Every figure we show traces back to a real Grants.gov or NIH RePORTER record — if one is wrong, that's a bug worth fixing, and we'd rather hear it than have you work around it.
- Do you offer anything for academic labs or non-profits?
- Ask. Use the form, mention your institution, and we'll tell you honestly whether the product fits your situation before you pay for it.
