Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your account email (via Firebase Authentication), the company profile you enter during onboarding (name, website, therapeutic area, modality, development phase, company stage, principal investigator, location, eligibility, prior federal awards), and your activity in the app (grants saved, drafted, applied to, or passed).

How we use it. Solely to match and score funding opportunities for you and to deliver your weekly briefing. Your profile is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate your matches and summaries; it is not used to train their models.

What we don't do. We never sell or share your company information with third parties for marketing. We don't publish or expose your profile to other customers.

Payments. Handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Data storage. Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Access is restricted so only you (and our systems acting on your behalf) can read your data.

Your control. You can edit your profile any time, and delete your account and all associated data from Settings — deletion is immediate and permanent.
