Terms of Service

1. Service. SixthGrant provides a funding-intelligence dashboard and weekly briefing for biotech companies. Matched opportunities and fit scores are informational aids, not legal, financial, or grant-eligibility advice. Always confirm eligibility and deadlines with the funding source before applying.

2. Subscription & billing. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal in Settings — access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds. Handled case-by-case at our discretion — contact us.

4. Acceptable use. Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute the briefings or data. One account per company.

5. No warranty. The service is provided "as is." We aggregate public funding data (Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER, and other federal sources) and do our best to keep it current and accurate, but we don't guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that any grant will be awarded.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixthGrant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed opportunities or deadlines.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email.
